2. Modifications
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You may not however re-distribute or release any modifications as GPL or otherwise. Please also refrain from deleting our credit text from the templates.

3. Unauthorized use
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for re-distribution or re-sale of any kind without prior written consent from us. Please contact us if you require any more clarification.

4. Updates
All templates are always designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress, but we can give no guarantee, that older templates will run with future versions of WP. We are however committed to doing our best to make all the themes compatible with future releases of WordPress.

5. Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Pro Media Blog.

Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

6. Refund Policy
Since we are offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we do not issue refunds after the subscription or individual theme purchase is made.

7. Support
We offers these templates and designs ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components and plugins. Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration of WordPress itself.

8. Price Changes
We reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

Prices of all subscriptions and products, including but not limited to monthly subscription plan fees, are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to our website.

9. Warranty
We do not warranty or guarantee these templates in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server.

Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that our templates will work with all browser combinations.

10. Upgrade

Our themes are well tested prior to release & contain no bugs. Should a bug be reported, we will send email notifications or post a message on our sites requesting our customers to get in touch with us for a resolution free of charge.

Business CMS Themes are often upgraded depending on refined needs or changed business needs. Upgraded themes have to be re-purchased.
